WHO IS SPLITJET?

Hello, and welcome to SplitJet. SplitJet is a virtual airline based in the United States, solely flying private charters wherever our clients would like to fly. Based in Van Nuys, California and Palm Beach Florida, we have a fleet equipped for any airport, big and small. We welcome pilots of any flight simulator to join.

My name is Gary, I am the owner of SplitJet. In 1998, I started my first virtual airline, called SoCal Airways. I was also an air traffic controller in ABQ, LAX and ANC, on the SATCO/VATSIM networks. Aviation and Flight Sim have always been in my blood.

After some life experiences and becoming what they call a grown up some 20 years later, FS2020 was announced, and I knew I had to get back into this hobby I missed so much.

Come 2024, and the feeling of wanting to give back to our community has become too strong, and so, SplitJet was formed.

Lastly, SplitJet is also about Philanthropy. You can expect to flights delivering supplies into emergency situations, or animals and people out of dangerous situations. We do it all here.
